In a recent workshop held in Mexico City, our team engaged with 150 shopkeepers from the city and neighboring states to understand their needs and challenges in store management. It was evident that Lupita has the potential to transform small business operations by saving time and simplifying essential tasks.

Shopkeepers overwhelmingly view it as more efficient than traditional POS systems, with 84.6% affirming its advantage.

Ease of use is another standout feature—over 70% described Lupita as “easy” or “very easy” to operate.

Shopkeepers boasted about Lupita’s power to support critical functions like purchasing, report generation, inventory tracking, and sales monitoring—key needs for lean operations, where 59% of stores are run by a single individual. Adoption interest is strong, with 42.7% “very likely” and 30.5% “likely” to adopt the technology.

These findings highlight Lupita’s significant potential to drive efficiency and meet the evolving needs of small businesses, with clear areas for enhancement to ensure adoption and trust.
